Leader Effectiveness Training and Conflict Resolution Workshops

We believe that there is wisdom and goodness within each group. Much of the time in our workshops is spent exercising newly acquired skills. As such, we like for participants to stay together, engaged, and learning from one another. Adult learners do their best when their basic needs are met. Breakfast options, refreshments throughout the day, and a provided lunch allow for workshop attendees to stay focused and maintain the synergy in the room.

Pricing is dependent on instructor travel, host facility capabilities, and food delivery availability. Clients that have meeting rooms on site with audio/visual equipment and food (or catering) available are able to substantially decrease workshop tuition rates. Tuition rates are set for "up to" 15 person workshops

$335 per person for three Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) 

$285 for two day conflict resolution (CRW)

Maxwell Leadership Facilitated Sessions (minimum of 12 participants)

Maxwell Leadership Lunch and Learn Sessions - $50 per person (one session per week for six weeks)

Maxwell Leadership Mastermind Sessions - $75 per person (four hour session)
