WELCOME to Warrior Leadership, owned and operated by Jeff Herold and Mike Ogle. Warrior Leadership is your source for Communication, Conflict Resolution and Leadership Training. Our classes introduce new ways of communicating to prevent and reduce conflict, express appreciation, and strengthen relationships with genuineness, empathy, and respect. Learning is facilitated by presentation, relatable skill exercises, and one-on-one coaching to learn how to successfully navigate tense conflicts.
Our training options vary depending on your needs. We offer three day Leader Effectiveness Training Workshops, Maxwell Leadership lunch and learn sessions, and four and eight hour Maxwell Mastermind classes. The workshops can be easily tailored to fit your organization's needs and improve group communication.
